hey can't you only run 1:1 timings with intel? how do you change it to 2:1?

I don't need another gpu at the moment, might think about it when my current graphics card starts slowing down with everything maxed out. I'm running my fsb at 356 (1425) x 9 = 3204. memory at 1:1 ratio with fsb ie 356 or 712 ddr.

I'm liking the asus board although I need to get some faster memory for it. Sounds like you've been damn unlucky with your boards, are you sure it's not a memory timing problem?, I've heard a few people have had similar issues with that board. The monitor was 19" but i've since upgraded to a 22".

hey how big is ur monitor? im thinking about getting a 22 inch and running dual monitors. But that looks huge... what size, and all the stats like resolution and response time is it?

dude really rather than get water cooling i would get a second gpu... Watercooling is really high maintenece. Idk though im no expert. Dude ur really pushing ur memory to get to 3.2ghz cpu speeds... But if u got a second gpu then u wuold need a new psu and that would be a pain...

It's running at between 34 and 36 degrees celcius at idle and 44-49 under load depending on the room temperature. I managed to get it to just a shade over 3.2Ghz but it was running a tad too hot for my liking as i had to up the voltage a bit to get it to run stable. Watercooling could be on its way.

O hey nice! new cpu!!! I have the same one, the core 2 duo e6600! i was going to say 10k on a pentium 4 is nuts. My old motehrboard was terrible and wasnt stable beon 2.7ghz. I ordered a evga 680 motherboard so hopefully i can clock like yours... What temps are u getting with the o.c.?

NICE graphics card!!! i have enough money saved, but am waiting for the price of the 8800gtx to drop. What kind of frame rates are u getting? Luckily i have a evga so i can upgrade to any graphics card i want and i get 300 dollors off. What did you pay for that? i hear its huge... might have to mod

No i'm not running Vista on it yet and won't be until the sli support issue is sorted out. As for 3d mark 06 I haven't run it yet but am getting a copy soon, I'll let you know what it gets.
