i have managed to get vista ultamate 64 and i benchedmarked it with 3dmark 06 but im getting less points (never muind) its only about 400 points off

the main thing is do you get better performance with 8gb i thought 4gb was a lot of memory
i wanted the 1066mhz memory for my rig but my mobo wont work with a lot of makes so i just got the 800mhz

I am running Dominators now... Since I increased the RAM to 8GB, I can't seem to get it stable over 1000mhz without loosening up the timings..which I am not willing to do...I would assume running 4 dimms,8GB, put some added stress on the memory controller/NB?????

just wanted to ask the mobo i have came with a tri sli cross over card can i use it with 2 cards or will it have to be with all three cards mainly cos i have never seen a tri sli linker
ps i have notest in your specks that your running 1066 mhz dominator memory at 1000 mhz just wondering why

All have to be the same..They could be different manufacturer, but the same model.. Also, I did some tri-sli research a while back and found out that it dosent scale very well..at least not enough to justify the price.. Check it out.

Well, across the board about 20 to 40% Increase.. There is definitely an overall smoothness to how it performs..and it eats AA.. I play Crysis in Very High at 19x12 8xAA...Smooth.. It does not scale that well at lower res due to the increased bottleneck but I rarely use under my native res.

i have to ask did you notace a big diference running the 280 cards in sli mainly cos im thinking on doin it to my rig i just want it to be worth wile

No prob.....enjoy it. Its kinda like an art....I am up and running just doing the finishing touches and trying to figure out VISTA 64!!!!! Watch for drip runs when you shoot it, it will ruin the finish..... Any problems LMK... Will update page soon....

It is actually automotive paint... What kind of case do you have (material)? If its aluminum, you will have to prime to get the paint to stick... After that go to an auto body supply, pick a color from the book (black is cheap, red is ridiculously expensive) and shoot it...Two coats cover well!!!
