Well, just finished building my computer with the following specs:
Case:  Cooler Master - Cosmos 1000
Mobo:  EVGA 680i LT XFX
CPU:  Intel Q6600 Core 2 Quad 2.4 GHZ G0
CPU Fan:  Zalman 9700 LED
Video Card:  EVGA 8800GTX 768MB
Ram:  OCZ PC2 6400 Dual Channel 2x2GB (OCZ2N800SR4GK)
Power Supply:  Ultra X3 1000 Watt Modular
HDD:  Seagate Barracuda SATA 1000GB's - 1TB
Optical Drive:  Plextor DVD/CD PX-716A
Optical Drive:  HP DVD 940i-H07 Super Multi DVD Lightscribe

I know it doesn't compare to the water cooled systems, but I am currently running my 2.4GHz Q6600 Quad Core at 3.4GHz (stable)  with just bumping up the FSB and the help of my trusty Zalman 9700LED.

I'm looking to do my first conversion to water cooled in the near future, even though I must say it's a little intimidating.
