Well, the wife Mobo system died on her. So I decidedto update her with a new system. She had the first generation ASUS SLI AMD 64Mobo. I know it doesn't compare to the water cooled systems, but I am currentlyrunning it at 3.4GHz Q6600 Quad Core at3.4GHz (stable), by just bumping up the FSB. I tried getting to 3.6GHz but itwas running a little to warm. Probably have to adjust the voltage settings andmaybe the RAM timings and voltage to get the 3.6GHz to run a little cooler.
Later I'll take her CD-ROM drives out and paint them black to match the case. I also upgraded her monitor to a NEC 22.0"Widescreen LCD Monitor - 5ms, 1000:1, WSXGA+ 1680x1050, DVI, Black. She isquite happy and it is a little smoker for gaming.
